Job summary

Dimensional is seeking a Regional Director, Institutional Sales to build and deepen relationships with institutional investors in the United States. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, portfolio management and analytics to ensure exceptional client service and profitable selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years in investment sales, with institutional clients.
• Experience with defined contribution, defined benefit, endowment & foundation clients.
• Strong ethics and integrity; high professional standards.
• Ability to articulate Dimensional's investment philosophy clearly.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses (or within 8 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement marketing, sales and client service programs for institutional clients in the United States.
• Collaborate with senior Institutional Services to develop opportunities in the region.
• Build deep relationships with staff at all client levels.
• Provide feedback on strategies to executives, sales and investment teams.
• Lead complex investment discussions with a sophisticated audience.
• Act as trusted advisor to prospects and clients.
