Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Regional Director of Business Operations for Hospice to lead and develop operations across multiple sites within the Central region. This remote role requires travel and a strong track record in hospice leadership and process improvement.

You will train site directors, monitor KPIs, and drive standardization while ensuring compliance with company policies. A Bachelor’s degree and healthcare leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience leading teams and managing operations in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Administrative experience handling business-office issues is needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of hospice program requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train Directors/Managers of Business Operations.
• Evaluate performance and identify training needs for DBOs/MBOs.
• Monitor KPIs and address gaps in processes and visibility.
• Collaborate with RVPO and program ED to discuss outcomes.
• Standardize operations across sites and advocate for site leadership needs.
• Ensure adherence to AccentCare policies, protocols, and SOPs.
• Travel to assigned sites as required.
