Qualifications

• Required SNF experience and strong hospital liaison background.
• Proven track record driving census growth and referrals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth and occupancy across assigned facilities.
• Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and referral sources.
• Oversee facility liaisons and admissions teams and coach staff.
• Identify referral opportunities and strategic partnerships within the market.
• Monitor referral trends, conversion rates, and market activity.
• Collaborate with administrators and clinical teams to align admissions with capacity.
• Ensure timely follow-up on referrals and lead conversion.
• Represent the organization at hospital meetings and community events.
• Track census goals and performance metrics.
