The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is seeking a Regional Director to lead performance and growth across the market. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into regional priorities, drive execution, and foster a high‑performance culture rooted in ownership and accountability.

The role requires 10+ years in executive or senior management within a voluntary health agency, a proven fundraising track record, and strong data analytics, communication, and volunteer development skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an Executive or Senior Management role at a voluntary health agency.
• Proven fundraising experience across events, corporate giving, donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Strong data analytics, strategic thinking, committee leadership and volunteer development.
• Experience in influence management and building stakeholder trust.

Responsibilities

• Own regional fundraising performance and drive growth and ROI.
• Partner with executives and volunteers to align strategy with regional priorities.
• Coach Executive Directors and volunteer leaders in change and accountability.
• Build and optimize the regional leadership bench and stakeholder networks.
• Lead year‑round donor and partner prospecting for major gifts.
