Job summary

Catholic Social Services (CSS) seeks a Regional Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee fundraising and program operations in the Newark, OH region. This role balances donor development with effective service delivery and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of nonprofit leadership and proven success in grant writing and revenue generation, enabling sustainable community impact and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, public administration, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Minimum of 5 years nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or management experience.
• Proven success in fundraising, donor cultivation, grant writing, and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy development and execution to meet revenue goals.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and partners.
• Identify and pursue grant opportunities, including proposal development and reporting.
• Oversee program management and supervise assigned staff.
• Drive volunteer engagement and leadership opportunities to enhance community involvement.
