Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business or Human Services, or Bachelor's with extensive experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in systems, processes and people management.
• Experience in social services and community-based settings.
• Supervisory experience with at least 3 direct reports.
• Executive-level strategic development and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operating budgets across locations and ensure expenses align with budgets.
• Maintain relationships with funding sources and legislators as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with client/funding source and regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Oversee quality service and participate in performance improvement activities.
• Collaborate with executives to recruit, retain, and implement organizational goals.
• Drive a culture based on Trauma Informed Care.
