• Master's Degree in Business or Human Services, or BA with extensive experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in social services.
• Supervisory experience with at least 3 direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual operating budgets for locations and ensure expenses align with budget.
• Maintain contact with current and potential funding sources and regulators impacting operations.
• Ensure compliance with client/funding source and regulatory requirements; participate in quality improvement activities.
• Lead with Trauma-Informed Care and drive a culture aligned with mission and values.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and leadership to resolve issues and improve recruitment/retention.
