• Master's degree (or BA with extensive leadership exp.) in business or human services.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience in social services and community-based settings, with supervisory duties.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple states GA, OH, WV.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen partnerships, recruit/retain talent, and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Oversee risk management, financial performance, and program effectiveness.
