Daylight Security is seeking a Regional Director to lead and grow the East region. This role demands hands-on leadership, coaching, and strategic enterprise deals in a fast-growing environment.

You will own hiring, development, and execution, driving pipeline, forecasts, and revenue attainment while partnering with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate regional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience.
• 3+ years leading Enterprise Account Executives.
• Proven track record hiring, developing and leading high performing enterprise sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and develop a high performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and ramp top sales talent across the East region.
• Own regional performance: pipeline generation, forecast accuracy and revenue attainment.
• Drive critical opportunities to close and accelerate regional growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and leadership.
