Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care, sales/marketing or related fields.
• Experience with complex health systems to establish access pathways.
• Strategic account management to anticipate access hurdles.
• Expertise with manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.

Responsibilities

• Attract, coach, and retain a high-performing Access & Reimbursement team.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and staffing of the regional team.
• Lead national regional strategy and tactic development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional field success.
• Ensure compliance with NPC policies and governance.
