About The Role

CrowdStrike seeks a Regional Director of Corporate Sales to lead and mentor a team of Senior Corporate Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition and client development within the mid-market segment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage a team of 6-10 Senior Corporate Account Executives
  • Coach on sales strategies and best practices
  • Forecast sales accurately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to grow pipeline and improve close rates
  • Recruit and train new team members
  • Engage with customers and prospects to understand their security needs
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years of sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or Security
  • 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a proven track record
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting
  • Leadership skills in a dynamic environment
  • Channel sales experience

The salary range for this U.S. position is $95,000 - $165,000 plus incentives, equity, and benefits. Salary depends on experience and other factors.
