The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, program excellence, and fiscal stewardship, with a focus on person-centered care and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading teams in human services or behavioral health.
• Knowledge of Missouri DMH guidelines and Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned offices, programs, and service regions to ensure exceptional services and positive outcomes.
• Develop, mentor, and support leadership teams to strengthen staff performance and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders.
• Oversee quality management activities, program reviews, and compliance with contractual standards.
