As the Regional Director you will lead, develop, support, and audit the multiple residential sites across the Dakota County within the 24HR Community Residential Setting (CRS) program at Residential Transitions Inc. The CRS department serves participants with a diagnosis of a mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or a brain injury. This role will work closely with program managers and executive team to ensure the department is delivering and implementing the highest level of care and support to the individuals served by each program. The Regional Director will analyze all levels of each site within the program to guarantee that Residential Transitions Inc is fulfilling its mission to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving the highest level of independence while on life’s journey.
The Regional Director shall qualify under Minnesota law as follows:
Must possess two (2) years of managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must pass the required background check and remain eligible to provide services as defined by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Must pass the screening required by the Federal Human Services Office of Inspector General to assure that person has not been excluded from working in the licensed programs offered by RTI.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.
$65,000- $75,000
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Full‑Time, Exempt
Office Setting in Mendota Heights, MN, travel to sites in the program throughout the Dakota/Hennepin Counties required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
