Merakey is seeking a Senior Director to provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. You will oversee programmatic areas, drive initiatives that enhance service delivery, and ensure high-quality care for the communities we serve across multiple counties in Pennsylvania.

As a member of the leadership team, you will shape the future of ACT services, lead a diverse team, manage budgeting and staffing, and use data-driven decisions to

Competenze

• Masters degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline (e.g., psychiatry, social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, or activity therapies).
• 3+ years of clinical experience with adults with SPMI.
• 2+ years of administrative/supervisory experience.
