Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) in Plano seeks a Regional Director of Clinical and Regulatory Support for Post-Acute hospitals. The role supports field CNOs and DQMs, leads infection prevention, and guides regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.

Requires a BSN or equivalent; MSN preferred, with 5+ years hospital practice and 5+ years in CNO/DQM roles. Travel up to 75% and licensure are expected.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent required; MSN preferred.
• 5+ years hospital clinical practice; 5+ years as CNO/DQM.
• Current unencumbered nursing license; HCAP certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports clinical and quality initiatives for owned, managed, and consulting facilities by providing support to field CNOs and DQMs.
• Acts as infection control specialist for post-acute services and develops consistent infection prevention practices.
• Provides regulatory support for facilities and leads mock surveys.
• Serves as interim CNO and/or DQM as requested by VP Clinical Services; oversees quality reporting.
