Job summary

Savant Capital LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Regional Manager, Client Services to lead and develop the regional client service teams and drive service excellence across offices.

You will mentor associates, partner with regional leadership, support hiring and talent development, and resolve complex client service matters with professionalism and integrity to maintain the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-8+ years of successful experience within the financial services industry, preferably within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or broker-dealer environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Client Service Associates and administrative support teams across the region.
• Foster a collaborative, client-first culture focused on service excellence and operational consistency.
• Partner with regional leadership to maintain exceptional service standards and support business growth.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees while creating opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
• Support hiring efforts, succession planning, workforce development, and team engagement.
• Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency and the client experience.
• Resolve complex client service and operational matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and maintain a strong culture of accountability and integrity.
• Collaborate closely with advisors and regional leaders to support clients with sophisticated service needs.
