Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking an experienced Regional Manager of Operations to oversee behavioral health programs across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Connecticut. You will manage facility relationships, support providers, and drive growth in assigned territory with a blend of remote work and field visits.

The role requires Bachelor's degree, multi-site healthcare operations experience, strong leadership, and ability to travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

Experience in multi-site healthcare operations.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to travel up to 70% within the region.

Responsibilities

Expand services across SNFs and ALFs and onboard new facilities.
Grow penetration in existing facilities and promote specialty service lines.
Build relationships with facility leaders to drive referrals.
Present CHE programs and secure new facility contracts.
Travel up to 70% within the region for facility visits and business development.
Provide exceptional customer service to partner facilities.
Conduct quarterly in-person facility visits.
Support staff with workflows, referrals, and program integration.
Communicate territory needs to internal teams.
Monitor provider productivity and RVU performance.
Lead monthly provider meetings (virtual or in-person).
Collaborate with Clinical Operations on regional initiatives.
Assist in interviewing and evaluating candidates for facility roles.
