Qualifications

• 7+ years in multifamily property management.
• Experience leading multiple properties regionally.
• Proven success with audits and agency reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead property managers and site teams across a regional portfolio.
• Drive occupancy, collections, delinquency reduction, and turnovers with compliance focus.
• Represent Arboreal with owners, asset managers, lenders, and housing agencies.
• Refine SOPs, training, and standards as the platform grows.
