Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a friendly and experienced Regional Dietician to support residents in Albuquerque, NM. You will assess dietary needs, coordinate with on-site staff, and promote therapeutic nutrition plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Dietetics or equivalent, is licensed or registered, and can work independently with strong organizational skills. A Master's degree is preferred and a Food Handler’s Permit is required.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions and work independently with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic understanding of normal and therapeutic diets and food safety.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience working with a licensed dietician, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview residents and obtain food preferences and complete Resident Food Profile.
• Update resident’s food preference into tray card data base.
• Refer residents to Dietician for any resident’s having nutritional or eating issues.
