You will serve as the nutrition expert for swing bed services and outpatient counseling, delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in a collaborative team setting. The role requires an active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with Indiana licensure and 2+ years of healthcare experience.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice.
• Active Indiana license required for practice.

Aufgaben

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education across multiple hospitals.
• Develop and implement nutrition care plans in collaboration with clinical teams.
• Educate patients, families, staff and the community on nutrition strategies.
• Contribute to quality improvement and performance initiatives.
• Collaborate with food service management to meet patient satisfaction goals.
• Mentor dietetic staff and interns as applicable.
