Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5–6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. You will serve as the primary nutrition expert, delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care and outpatient settings, while promoting evidence-based nutrition care and patient education.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, requiring an active Indiana RD license. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 with mileage reimbursement and licensure support.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana license.
2+ years healthcare experience preferred.
Experience in acute care or hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients across 5–6 hospitals.
Develop personalized care plans and nutrition interventions.
Educate patients, families, and staff on nutrition and wellness.
Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with food service management to support patient satisfaction.
Mentor dietetic interns and staff where applicable.
