Compass Group USA is seeking a Regional Dietitian to support 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in collaboration with hospital teams to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires an Active Indiana license, with at least 2 years of experience preferred. The position offers education reimbursement, relocation assistance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana License.
• At least 2 years of experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
