Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking Regional Support Nurses (Dialysis Nurse Float) to provide RN coverage across multiple markets. This salaried float role requires travel to facilities as needed to cover vacancies, leaves of absence, or emergencies, supervising dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Experience in dialysis or nephrology preferred.
• Must be able to travel across market areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN coverage across assigned markets.
• Supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy and regs.
• Coordinate with hemodialysis team and physicians.
• Conduct unit operations during coverage shifts.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment assessments.
• Document interventions and patient response.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation of orders and labs.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians as needed.
• Monitor and ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Collaborate on care plans and adjustments.
