Concerto Renal Services is seeking Regional Support Nurses (Dialysis Nurse Float) to cover multiple markets. This salaried role travels across the assigned area to cover vacancies, leaves, or emergencies while supervising dialysis care and collaborating with the healthcare team.

The position involves hands-on patient care, documentation in the EMR, and coordination with physicians to adjust care as needed. Strong nursing skills in dialysis and patient education are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills for patients and staff.
• Ability to educate patients on renal care and dialysis therapies.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians to ensure safe care.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage documentation in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Collect and package lab specimens per DOT policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, staff, and physicians.
• Deliver education to patients on renal disease and dialysis therapy.
• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians to ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Supervise dialysis technicians in line with policies and regulations.
• Provide, monitor, and supervise hemodialysis care per policies.
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments and document interventions.
