Job summary

Crimson Phoenix seeks an experienced intelligence analyst to join our Virginia-area team, supporting Federal Civilian Sector, DoD, and Intelligence Community missions. You will produce all-source intelligence products and brief senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.

Candidates should have TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, 8+ years of relevant experience (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree), and knowledge of ICD 203 standards, delivering high-quality, actionable leads and

• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Job description

Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time, provides balance work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.)

Week 5: On-call M-Sun

Then cycle repeats.

Required Skills

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required (due to the urgency of this fill, we cannot accept candidates who do not have a recent polygraph)
• 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree

Desired Skills

Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:

• 4+ years of experience as a strategic all-source intelligence analyst
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits: Role has an anticipated salary of $120,000-150,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
