Job summary

The Wisdom Teeth Guys are seeking a Multi-State Regional Dental/Operations Manager. This role oversees surgery teams across Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, and Utah, with travel required and remote work when not traveling.

The position partners with the COO and senior DS0 management, focusing on market openings, staffing, and process rollout. Strong experience in dental management and insurance billing is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in dental management.
• Some experience with specialty/oral surgery preferred but not required.
• Substantial experience with insurance billing, claims, collection and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage surgery managers across markets with COO.
• Oversee rollout processes for opening new markets including procurement, recruiting, training, software setup, logistics.
• Frequent multi-state travel to new markets; remote work when not traveling.
• Work with senior DS0 management (COO, CCO, CEO) on strategic priorities.
• Cover emergencies when a manager is unavailable or market needs coverage.
