DOCS Health is seeking an Area Manager to lead seven dental practices across the United States. You will drive performance, own P&L, mentor leaders, and ensure efficient, compliant operations while delivering outstanding care to military dependents.

You will partner with Office Managers, analyze data, and lead initiatives to close gaps, all while fostering teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement. Expect travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multi-site dental management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
