Job summary

Dentists of New Albany is seeking a Regional Manager to lead all non-clinical operations across multiple dental offices in the Ohio region. You will guide operations managers, build high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth in your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-location management in healthcare or related industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong PM skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all non-clinical operations of the dental offices, including building amazing teams, providing leadership to operations managers and driving revenue growth in their region
• Implement and master high level strategic analysis and execution of systems with concurrent accountability in order to achieve same office sales growth
• Develop and conduct effective regional trainings & meetings through the development and execution of outstanding group presentation skills
• Identify future PDS locations according to geography and opportunity
