Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech training or dental CBCT experience preferred.
• Basic Windows OS and networking knowledge.
• Willingness to travel regionally; valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site acquisition, installation, service, and support of dental digital equipment nationwide.
• Install, remove, and certify panoramic X-ray and cone beam equipment and related computers.
• Calibrate and test performance to validate installation quality.
• Train staff on equipment, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot equipment, computers, software, and connectivity issues.
• Lead and coordinate third-party helpers as needed.
