Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or dental CBCT experience preferred.
• Basic Windows OS and networking understanding.
• Handyman aptitude and comfort with power/hand tools.
• Strong communication skills, professional on phone and email.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and certify panoramic X-ray and CBCT equipment and related computers.
• Conduct calibration and performance testing of installations.
• Install and service dental surgical microscopes.
• Provide training to staff on equipment and software basics.
• Assist in mentoring junior technicians and coordinating with third-party helpers.
