Job summary

Trusted Dental Technologies is hiring Field Technicians to perform on-site acquisition, installation, service, and support of dental digital equipment nationwide. Candidates may be placed at various experience levels with compensation depending on manufacturer certifications, installation background, and service expertise.

Role requires traveling to multiple cities, strong mechanical aptitude, and professionalism in customer environments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or dental experience desirable.
Basic understanding of Windows OS and networking.
Handyman acumen with power and hand tools.

Responsibilities

Install, remove and certify panoramic X-ray and cone beam equipment and related computers.
Calibrate and test installations to verify quality.
Install and service dental surgical microscopes.
Train small staff groups on equipment, hardware and software.
Support knowledge growth of Trusted Dental Technicians via certifications and supervising 3rd party helpers.
Perform performance tests on equipment to ensure quality and condition.
Maintain tools and test equipment properly.
Demonstrate handyman acumen to install capital equipment and connect electrical/low-voltage lines.
