• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 100 daily delivery routes and ensure delivery of up to 1,250 customer orders daily.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers to drive service excellence, cost savings, and routing efficiencies.
• Monitor and improve regional performance in sales, delivery success, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategy and execution across business functions.
• Conduct weekly carrier meetings and regular site inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
