PORR Deutschland GmbH is expanding its data center activities in Germany and seeks a Regional Delivery Director to govern a growing portfolio of mission-critical construction programmes. You will lead strategy, governance and client interfaces while coordinating multiple projects and business units.

The role requires senior leadership across cross-disciplinary teams, knowledge of MEP systems, and experience with large multi-project portfolios in international settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or construction management.
• 10+ years in large-scale construction projects.
• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of German construction law and governance procedures.
• Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

# Regional Delivery Director (m/w/d) Data Center ConstructionThroughout GermanyData CenterVollzeit## **Your Tasks**PORR is expanding its data center activities in Germany and is seeking a senior leader to govern and steer a growing portfolio of mission-critical construction programmes.
