Job summary

You will lead engineering and project management teams, mentor staff, and partner with contractors to deliver capital projects in a fast-changing tech environment. Onsite work is required, with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of experience managing multinational and technical programs/projects.
• 8 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data center or mission critical facilities.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, construction, and capital project support for ongoing operations within a critical region.
• Provide tactical leadership over data center construction projects.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams of engineers and project managers.
• Serve as a key partner and vendor development lead for general and trade contractors.
• Foster a forward-thinking and collaborative culture among project stakeholders.
