Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Project Management professional to oversee regional commissioning and related design/engineering initiatives across multiple projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project updates and alignment with business objectives, while mentoring teams to uphold quality and safety.

The role emphasizes contract administration, budget/resource planning, and rigorous KPI analysis during systems testing to improve performance

• Experience overseeing commissioning of multiple projects and design/engineering initiatives.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams and communicate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the commissioning of multiple projects and design/engineering initiatives within a region.
• Aligns team to strategic direction for contract administration including generation and review of contracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents.
• Collaborates with cross-functional team leads to determine the budget and resources required for timely project completion.
• Reviews commissioning scripts and related technical documentation; develops Systems Manuals with the GC for Operations personnel.
• Engages with engineering leads to ensure data center designs meet operations and reliability requirements.
• Drives KPI analyses during system testing and recommends actions for observed trends.
• Oversees resolution of moderately complex issues with mechanical and electrical systems and identifies long-term solutions.
• Mentors team to prioritize quality and safety; identifies training needs and shares industry best practices.
