Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field AND 11 years of experience in construction project management.
• Master’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field AND 9 years of experience in construction project management.
• Doctorate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field AND 7 years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight and leadership for the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules with strategic coordination of vendors and providers.
• Leads project budgets and resource optimization for cost-effective delivery.
• Manages documentation, design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving papers to high standards.
