Job summary

Anchor Com LLC seeks an experienced DAS Foreman to lead installation crews in the Mountain Region (UT/MT base). The role requires hands-on DAS deployment with strong leadership to manage field operations efficiently.

You will supervise on-site crews, coordinate daily activities, install and test cables and DAS components, read RF designs, and ensure QA and safety standards are met. Travel within the Mountain Region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DAS/in-building wireless installation experience.
• Foreman or crew lead experience on commercial telecom projects.
• Proficiency with PIM testing, sweep testing, and fiber OTDR.
• Working knowledge of major DAS platforms (CommScope, Corning, JMA, SOLiD).
• OSHA-30 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise DAS installation crews on-site.

• Mount and align antennas, remote units, and DAS equipment.

• Communicate project status to Project Managers and clients.

Job description

Anchor Com LLC is seeking an experienced DAS Foreman to lead installation crews in our Mountain Region (UT/MT base). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with distributed antenna systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage field operations efficiently.

Lead and supervise DAS installation crews on-site

Coordinate daily work activities and ensure adherence to project timelines

Install, terminate, and test coaxial, fiber optic, and low-voltage cabling

Mount and align antennas, remote units, and related DAS equipment

Read and interpret construction drawings, RF designs, and site plans

Conduct quality assurance inspections and maintain punch-list documentation

Enforce job-site safety protocols and OSHA compliance

Communicate project status to Project Managers and clients

Manage material logistics, tool inventory, and crew scheduling

Mentor and train junior technicians

Preferred Skills
