Johnson Electric in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to protect IT and OT environments across the Americas. You will work with global security teams and third-party providers to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and ensure industry-standard compliance.

The role emphasizes security operations, threat management, vulnerability remediation, and developing playbooks and incident response procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or a related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting or securing OT environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive-level security reporting, including cybersecurity metrics, compliance status, risks, and remediation progress.
• Serve as regional owner of cybersecurity tools, controls, and compliance initiatives.
• Act as a Level 2 Security Operations Analyst with a SOC partner to investigate and resolve security alerts within SLAs.
• Conduct security risk assessments and exposure reviews for critical IT and OT assets and networks.
• Lead vulnerability management initiatives and coordinate remediation activities from testing.
