Empire Today is seeking an Area Customer Service Associate to act as the primary contact for customers in the designated area. You will assist with escalated issues and handle administrative tasks, reporting to the Area Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer service calls and assist with inquiries.
• Review and monitor Service Requests reports for assignment and resolution.
• Ensure urgent requests are addressed promptly (Hot/Threat service requests).
• Export data from database into Excel and prioritize tasks.
• Submit daily prioritized reports to designated personnel.
• Assist Manager with review of letters from BBB, AG, and Department of Labor to determine resolution.
