Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Region Customer Service Manager to lead the regional call center, drive service standards, and manage day-to-day operations. You will guide a team, monitor performance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive call center experience, and the ability to travel between offices as needed. A focus on process improvement and customer satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous supervisory experience preferred.
• 5+ years of call center or customer service experience
• Waste industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, development, and management oversight to the Regional Call Center operation.
• Forecast and monitor customer interaction volume and maintain a history of call center performance.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals and budget targets.
• Ensure effective communication with sub-contractors/route managers and all departments.
• Balance multiple projects and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a professional work atmosphere with a culture of respect.
