Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking an Area Customer Experience Specialist-Float to support branches across the West Saginaw Lansing, MI area. You will handle customer transactions, advise on deposits and loans, and educate customers on online and mobile banking to enhance their financial experience.

This role requires adaptability, travel to multiple branches, and a focus on delivering excellent service while maintaining cash controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year customer service and branch banking experience

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage in all aspects of branch banking including customer transactions, servicing customer needs and identifying opportunities to provide advice and guidance
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper cash controls and balancing daily
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues
• Educate customers on deposits, loans and provide support for service or account maintenance issues
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking to manage money conveniently
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures
• Be adaptable traveling to multiple branch locations throughout the week
• Notary licensing preferred and NMLS licensing available as part of career development
