Job summary

Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a CT Technologist I to perform CT procedures and post-processing to support physician diagnosis and treatment. The role requires attention to dose management, protocol adherence, and patient safety across multiple CT systems and locations.

The candidate should have graduate training in Radiologic Technology, a minimum of five years of related experience, and current BLS, CNMT, and ARRT radiography certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Certifications: BLS, CNMT, ARRT Radiography.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT Scanners and power injectors to acquire diagnostic images.
• Maintains protocols based on Image Gently guidelines and dose data.
• Obtains CT images per established protocols and ensures patient safety and preparation.
• Performs CT interventional procedures and CTA imaging.
• Ensures appropriate pharmacology and radiology knowledge for procedures.
