**Job Summary:**
Under general supervision of the Radiologist, performs computed tomography procedures to acquire digital images for diagnosis and treatment. Plans and executes all CT procedures and post-processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy, and protocols. Ensures protocols adhere to ImageGently Guidelines and that dose data is monitored, with alerts for scans exceeding preset levels. Meets qualifications to care for patients across specific age ranges in assigned clinical areas. Union: Yes.

**Job Duties:**
- Obtain CT images following established protocols.
- Properly prepare, position, immobilize patients, and use protective shielding as applicable.
- Perform I-Stat blood tests and interpret contrast procedure results.
- Dispense oral contrast based on patient history and protocol.
- Establish venous access for IV contrast as directed.
- Perform CT interventional procedures, assist during biopsies, drainages, aspirations, and ablations, and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Operate cryo, radiofrequency, and microwave ablation equipment.
- Conduct CTA imaging, including advanced studies like Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement and Endovascular Aneurysm Repair.
- Operate multiple CT systems at various locations, maintaining protocols based on Image Gently Guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of clinical histories, pharmacology, physics, and equipment to optimize imaging quality and patient safety.
- Manage scheduling, billing, and insurance pre-certification processes.
- Perform quality control and manage image data transfer and storage.

**Position Details:**
- Education: Graduate from Specialty Training Program (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years related work experience (Preferred).
- Certifications: BLS, ARRT Certified CT Technologist and Radiologic Technologist.
- Work environment: Clinical setting, adhering to policies and procedures.
