• Minimum 10 years of senior sales or applications engineering experience in cryogenic/process equipment.
• Experience managing applications engineering teams and sales workflows.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional Application Engineering team and oversee standard/configurable product support.
• Implement processes for sizing, costing, and proposal generation across the region.
• Develop KPIs, manage staffing, and drive regional bookings growth.
• Ensure timely quotes, customer interaction, and alignment with Sales targets.
