Meyer-Logistics-4 is seeking a Regional Cross Dock Manager to assist our National Logistics Manager in overseeing a nationwide cross-dock network. The role requires leadership of cross-dock staff, training, auditing, and collaboration with multiple internal departments to ensure policy compliance.

Travel is required, including overnight stays, and occasional weekend work. Responsibilities also include implementing new technologies at locations and mentoring staff, with a base pay of $68,500 per

Qualifications

• 1–3 years driving 26–28 ft box trucks or >10,001 lb MV required.
• Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Logistics and driver management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of cross docks across the country.
• Develop and coach cross dock personnel; onboarding of new employees.
• Complete onsite and remote operational audits.
• Ensure policy compliance; address issues promptly.
• Travel as needed to fill-in on routes; implement new tech at locations.
