Job summary

Meyer Logistics Inc. is seeking a Regional Cross Dock Manager to assist our National Logistics Manager in overseeing our network of cross docks. You will work with cross-dock staff to ensure training and compliance with Meyer policies and procedures across multiple locations.

The role includes developing personnel, coaching, conducting audits, and implementing new technology while traveling as needed to cover routes and oversee operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics, driver management, and warehouse operations preferred.
• Valid commercial driver's license and state-specific endorsements required.
• Willing to submit to drug screening, background checks, and maintain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of a network of cross docks nationwide.
• Develop, coach, mentor, train, and onboard cross dock personnel.
• Conduct onsite and remote operational audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Travel as needed and cover driver delivery routes when required.
• Implement projects and new technology at cross dock locations.
