SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced CRNA to serve in a regional leadership role supporting multiple ministries across our Northern Market, including Baraboo, Ripon, Waupun, and Fond du Lac.

This opportunity blends independent practice with leadership, guiding anesthesia services, collaborating with physicians and operations leadership, and delivering high‑quality patient care in a diverse case mix.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a practicing CRNA.
• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Active Wisconsin RN and CRNA Licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence anesthesia services across multiple ministries.
• Maintain clinical practice while growing leadership.
• Collaborate with physicians and operations leaders to drive excellence.
