Job summary

SSM Health seeks an experienced CRNA for a regional leadership role across Baraboo, Ripon, Waupun, and nearby facilities. You will balance hands-on anesthesia care with leadership responsibilities, shaping clinical practice and guiding teams across the Northern Market.

You'll collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to drive excellence, support professional development, and maintain a high standard of patient care in a diverse case mix within the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a practicing CRNA.
• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Active Wisconsin RN and APNP/CRNA licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence anesthesia services across multiple ministries.
• Maintain clinical practice while taking on leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to drive excellence.
• Support regional operational excellence and professional development.
