Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years related experience in medical devices or healthcare sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and regional revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and support sales reps and field staff.
• Analyze territory opportunities and set annual plans.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while communicating market trends.
• Support local marketing initiatives and training programs.
• Spend at least 70% of time in the field coaching and relationship building.
• Ensure compliance with quality policy and patient safety.
