Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted license issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: LCSW, LPC, Ph.D, Psy.D.
• Post-master's experience for four years, including crisis work; last 2 years preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties: conduct annual reviews, coordinate with Medical Director, and supervise staff.
• Clinical duties: complete crisis assessments, document in EMR, and coordinate placements.
• Lead crisis regional operations, build hospital partnerships, and ensure quality and compliance.
